Assessment Collection Process:

30 Days Delinquent: A 'First Notice Letter' will be sent to property owner. Interest accrues.

60 Days Delinquent: A 'Second Notice Letter' is sent via regular mail notifying owner of account balance and late fees.

90 Days Delinquent: A 'Final Demand Notice Letter' is sent via regular and certified mail (pursuant to Texas Property Code). Letter explains that the account will be turned over to legal for further collection action.

120 Days Delinquent: The Association attorney shall send a 'Legal Demand Notice' notifying owner that a lien will be filed if not paid in full.
